Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in San Antonio, TX, for a Restaurant Floor Manager. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth service, top-tier customer experiences, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the team, maintaining high customer satisfaction standards, supervising staff during shifts, and handling scheduling, hiring, and training activities. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to enhance service quality and uphold Sunny's standards of hospitality.
