We specialize in in-home early intervention for ages 0–3 and value strong relationships with families — and with our therapists. What You'll Do:

• Provide in-home, play-based therapy for infants and toddlers in their natural environments
• Collaborate with families using a coaching model that builds real-life skills and confidence
• Maintain timely documentation
• Work closely with a team that values warmth, trust, and professional excellence

We’d Love to Meet You If You...

• Hold a licensed in California (SLPA)
• Desire to work in pediatrics working on common developmental delays (speech, language, AAC, etc.)
• Are a natural collaborator with families and team members
• Are organized, compassionate, and motivated to make a difference
• Bonus: Spanish-speaking/Bilingual, AAC experience
