We are hiring a part time Clinical Support Technician to provides on-site support for clinical service delivery, including facilitation of in-center telehealth sessions under the direction of licensed clinicians. Services are provided in our Outpatient Pediatric center in Lawton, OK. Experience working with children with disabilities preferred.

Main Functions: Provides on-site support for clinical service delivery, including facilitation of in-center telehealth sessions under the direction of licensed clinicians.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Facilitate in-center therapy sessions under the direction and supervision of licensed clinicians, including support of telehealth services.
- Assist with the preparation, supervision, and coordination of therapy sessions.
- Maintain availability during scheduled therapy hours to support session delivery and patient needs.
- Provide scheduling-related support, including make-up sessions, as assigned.
- Escort patients to and from therapy sessions.
- Maintain clean, organized, therapy-ready treatment rooms.
- Perform assigned administrative and operational tasks during non-therapy time.
- Provide limited front desk coverage, as assigned.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures when scheduled.
- Process faxed referrals and support intake-related workflows, as assigned.
- Support day-to-day center operations, as needed.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies.
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned/required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in a healthcare, therapy, or clinical support environment preferred
- Ability to follow clinical direction and work collaboratively with licensed professionals
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
