Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations
- Ensure a high-quality customer experience
- Train, motivate, and lead sales team
- Write and manage store schedule
- Interview, hire and onboard new sales associates
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure brand consistency
- Track sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets
- Handle customer issues, returns, and escalations professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
- Keep the store organized, clean, and attractive to customers
