Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through email and provide appropriate solutions
- Ship samples and product replacements
- Manage, create and monitor review campaigns
- Respond to ecommerce questions and reviews
- Prepare and present reports over email and during marketing meetings
- Collaborate with the marketing and graphics team on brand development, trend research, licensing and additional creative projects
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in English language
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Confident and comfortable communicating with customers
- Ability to work both independently and in a group setting
