Behavior Technician (BT) – ABA Therapy
Sunny Behavioral Solutions is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and clinic settings.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with children
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
- Collect and record session data using an iPad
- Support skill development (communication, behavior, social skills)
- Communicate with supervisors and caregivers as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred or in progress)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to sessions
- Availability for afternoon sessions (most cases are after school)
- Responsible, consistent, and able to commit to a stable schedule
- Experience in ABA or childcare is a plus (training provided)
Important:
- Consistency is critical – cancellations and frequent schedule changes are not acceptable
Pay: $25.00 per hour
