This is a full-time opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for nursing care of assigned residents in accordance with nursing facility and nursing service policies and procedures.
- Recognize changes in conditions and notify the attending physician and family when resident becomes ill or is injured.
- Supervise resident-care personnel
- Prepare and administer medications and treatment. Chart medications and treatments according to procedure.
- Ensure rehabilitative nursing procedures are performed.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current and valid RN nursing license for the state of Illinois
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
