Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers with a positive attitude
- Understand customer needs and recommend products and services
- Explain product features, pricing, and after-sale services clearly
- Help customers compare products to make informed decisions
- Cross-sell related products and promote current offers
- Keep shelves stocked and merchandise organized
- Process returns professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with teammates to deliver excellent service during busy hours
- Report customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay current with product knowledge and CBD wellness trends
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Proven experience in retail sales or a customer service role
- Strong communication skills and reliable work ethic
- Ability to build trust and rapport with customers
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets
- Knowledge of inventory practices and basic math
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
