This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Care Coordinator located in Omaha, NE. The Client Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing client care schedules, coordinating with caregivers, and ensuring clients' needs are met. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client assessments, developing care plans, maintaining client records, monitoring caregiver performance, and providing support to both clients and caregivers.
