Job Summary:
As a Home Health Aide / Personal Care Aide at Sunlight Senior Care, you’ll provide essential in-home support to clients, helping them maintain comfort, safety, and dignity in their daily lives. Working under the supervision of a Care Coordinator, you’ll deliver compassionate, hands-on personal care, observe and report changes in client condition, and document all care provided. This is a meaningful role where your support makes a real difference every day.

What You’ll Do:
Provide hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene, toileting)
- Support mobility and exercises per care plan
- Take vital signs and assist with medications (with training)
- Plan and prepare meals, help with feeding if needed
- Keep living areas tidy and do light laundry
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Observe and report changes in client condition
Follow care plans and document services accurately
Requirements:
- At least 21 years old
- Completed HHA training and competency evaluation
- CPR certified
- Ability to follow care instructions and work independently
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license with insurance
- Strong work ethic, empathy, and good personal hygiene
- Must pass skills and written competency tests (80% or higher)
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check
