Minimum Qualifications:

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree or higher in engineering, materials science, or a related discipline.
- Experience with corrective action processes and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Knowledge of battery assembly processes and components.

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive battery testing and inspection on components and assembled products to verify quality standards.
- Conduct visual inspections and materials tests using equipment/tools to detect defects or inconsistencies.
- Calibrate and maintain testing and measurement equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
- Document inspection results and quality data accurately and report any non-conformities to the quality management team.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality control procedures while working in the manufacturing environment.
- Work overtime as needed to meet production deadlines and quality assurance goals.
