Full-Time Cleaning Position – Flexible Hours Available

Location: Greensboro, NC
Reports to: Plant Manager 

We're hiring a full-time cleaner to help keep our building clean, safe, and welcoming. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping spaces looking their best.

What You'll Do:

• General Cleaning – Sweep, mop, and vacuum. Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and common areas. Clean and sanitize employee break areas, including wiping down tables, counters, and chairs.
• Restroom Care – Clean and sanitize restrooms, restock supplies, and ensure everything is in good working order.
• Trash Removal – Empty trash bins, replace liners, and gather trash from designated areas.
• Minor Maintenance – Handle small tasks like changing light bulbs or cleaning up spills. Report any major repairs needed.
• Follow Safety Guidelines – Ensure all health and safety standards are followed and secure the building when your shift ends. Report any safety hazards (e.g. spills, broken equipment) to management immediately.
• Running Scrubber
• Dusting Racking Shelfs
• Dusting Windows Frames/Cleaning Windows
• Sweeping and Dusting Dock Doors
• Sweeping Warehouse Aisle
• Mopping the Pedestrian Walkways
• Dusting and Mopping Charging Area
• Sanitize Facility as Requested
• Utilize Scissor Lift to Reach Higher Places to Clean
• Other Duties – Occasionally take on special projects or tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required.
  • Skills:
    • Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials.
    • Ability to follow cleaning schedules and maintain cleanliness without constant supervision.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently
    • Forklift Experience a Plus

• Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.

• Work Schedule:

  • Possible weekend or evening shifts, depending on the operational schedule.
