What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tenant Resident Aide position at Sunlight Assisted Living LLC?
We are seeking a compassionate Tenant Care Aide to join our team in providing care and support to tenants in our facility. The shift we are looking to fill is 2PM -10PM. The ideal candidate will have a passion for assisting individuals with daily living activities and ensuring their well-being.
Responsibilities:
Assist tenants with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide emotional support and companionship to tenants.
Help maintain a clean and safe living environment for tenants.
Monitor and report any changes in tenants' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel
Respect and uphold the rights of all tenants
Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary
Skills:
Experience in home care or nursing home settings is a plus
CBRF Training and First Aid certification preferred
Understanding of resident rights and dignity
Familiarity with dementia care techniques
