What You’ll Do
- Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods and pitch fiber internet services
- Generate leads, close sales, and submit deals in the field
- Handle objections and adapt your pitch in real time
- Track your performance and compete on daily/weekly leaderboards
Training & Support
- Intensive onboarding with top-performing trainers flown in from across the country
- Proven scripts, systems, and live coaching
- After initial training, you’re expected to perform independently in the field
Compensation
- 100% commission (no cap)
- Typical new reps: $800–$1,500/week
- Top performers: $2,000–$4,000 /week during active blitzes
- Performance-based incentives and bonuses
Schedule
- 5–6 days per week
- Afternoons through evening (prime door-knocking hours)
- Blitz-style campaigns in targeted neighborhoods
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
- Must be 18
