JOB DESCRIPTION
Position: Casino Beverage Server
Directly Reports To: Senior Casino Manager
Status: Hourly
Description
Serves drinks to guests demonstrating and promoting positive guest relations. Help customers exchange large bills for small denomination bills when needed. Assists with stocking and general cleaning.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrates and promotes positive customer and guest relations.
- Serves drinks to customers.
- Assists with stocking supplies.
- Always keeps workstations clean and sanitary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Wear a uniform and groom appropriately.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills including tact, patience, and courtesy for dealing with customers.
- Must have basic math skills.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Physical Requirements – the ability to lift materials up to 30 lbs.; stand and walk for long periods; push, pull, bend, stoop, and squat; tolerance to exposure to a smoke-filled environment.
Experience
- Minimum of 6 months’ experience working with the public utilizing customer relations.
