This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about retirement plan administration, employee support, compliance, and delivering a high level of service to participants and stakeholders.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Administer retirement benefit programs, including 401(k) and pension plans
• Serve as a primary point of contact for active employees, retirees, and beneficiaries
• Conduct retirement consultations and explain plan provisions and distribution options
• Coordinate with trustees, auditors, actuaries, recordkeepers, and external vendors
• Support retirement plan audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory initiatives
• Prepare participant communications, notices, and benefit correspondence
• Reconcile retirement benefit distributions and maintain accurate participant records
• Partner closely with Payroll, HR Operations, Finance, and affiliated business units
• Assist with process improvements and ongoing retirement plan projects
🔹Qualifications
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of retirement plan administration and ERISA regulations preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred
• QKA or Certified Benefits Professional certification is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required.
