About Us

Sunkisst Entertainment is a husband-and-wife-owned DJ and photo booth company based in Round Rock, Texas. Since 2017, we've grown to around 100 events a year across Central Texas, including weddings, sweet 16s, proms, corporate parties, and just about every celebration in between.

We're a small, family-owned business that genuinely cares about our clients. We treat every event like it's the biggest night of someone's year, because for many of our clients, it is!

Our photo booth has become one of our most popular services, and we're looking for a friendly, dependable, and outgoing Photo Booth Attendant to join our team.

What a Typical Event Looks Like

You'll pick up our photo booth equipment in Georgetown, transport it to the venue, and arrive early enough to get everything set up and tested before guests arrive.

Once the celebration begins, you'll be in charge of keeping the photo booth running smoothly, welcoming guests, helping them capture fun memories, and making sure everyone has a great experience.

At the end of the event, you'll break down the equipment, carefully pack everything up, and return it to Georgetown.

It's a hands-on role that's perfect for someone who enjoys people, music, celebrations, and being part of special moments.

What You'll Do

• Safely transport, set up, operate, and break down photo booth equipment
• Set up backdrops and neon signs, including using a ladder when needed
• Arrange props and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting photo booth area
• Operate photo booth software and printers, replenish supplies, and troubleshoot minor technical issues
• Welcome guests, encourage participation, and keep the line moving
• Assist guests with printed photos, digital photos, GIFs, and boomerangs
• Help guests create photo guest books when included in their package
• Communicate and coordinate with DJs, event planners, and venue staff
• Represent Sunkisst Entertainment with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude throughout the event

What We're Looking For

• Photo booth, photography, or event experience is preferred, but not required
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to showing up for accepted events
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with guests of all ages
• Able to stay calm, think on your feet, and solve problems independently
• Comfortable using laptops, printers, and basic technology
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle with enough space to transport photo booth equipment (SUV or similar)
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing approximately 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing, bending, and moving equipment throughout a shift
• Availability on weekends, particularly Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Must be at least 18 years old

Position Details

• Employment Type: Part-time, W-2 employee
• Schedule: Approximately 2–4 events per month, depending on bookings
• Typical Shift: 5–10 hours, including setup and breakdown
• Event Days: Primarily Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
• Evening Availability: Events often end around 10–11 PM, with additional time needed for breakdown and equipment return
• Equipment Pickup/Return: Georgetown, TX
• Service Area: Round Rock, Austin, Georgetown, and surrounding Central Texas communities
• Dress Code: Black dress shirt, black slacks, and closed-toe shoes. We'll provide your name badge.

Hours vary based on our event schedule, and this position does not guarantee a set number of hours each week.
