Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned, tech-savvy Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of long-term residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining high occupancy rates, managing tenant relationships with professionalism, and utilizing digital tools to streamline operations. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the rental process, from strategic marketing to financial reporting.
- Tenant & Lease Management: Oversee all aspects of the leasing process, including marketing vacant units, conducting thorough screenings, and negotiating lease renewals to ensure long-term stability.
- Property Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules; coordinate with licensed contractors for routine and emergency repairs to preserve asset value.
- Financial Oversight: Manage property budgets, collect rent, handle late payments, and provide owners with detailed monthly financial reports.
- Technology Integration: Expertly navigate property management software for data entry, communication, and financial tracking.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in residential property management.
