About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join our team.
This position plays a key role in managing both domestic and international purchasing operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost-effective sourcing of materials to support the company’s projects and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase orders for both local and overseas suppliers.
- Communicate with factories, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure on-time production and delivery.
- Verify product details, pricing, and shipment information with accuracy.
- Coordinate closely with accounting, warehouse, and sales teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain purchasing records and ensure compliance with internal policies and SOPs.
- Support continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency and cost control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1*-2 years of purchasing or logistics experience* (manufacturing or construction materials industry preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and purchasing systems (e.g., Inflow or similar).
- Bilingual in English and Chinese
