What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA Patient Transporter - Skilled Nursing position at Sunharbor Manor Comprehensive Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing?
Sunharbor Manor is a 266-bed Long Term Care and Rehab facility in Roslyn Heights, Long Island.
The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Nursing department in bringing patients to and from family visits within the facility and scheduled appointments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing, planning and taking residents to their scheduled family visits within the facility
- Assist nursing in going on scheduled appointments with resident/patient
- Provide outstanding customer assistance to both residents and staff
Requirements:
- Great communication skills
- Team player mentality
- Responsible and dedicated work ethic
- Enjoys working with the elderly
- Active CNA Promteric Certification
- Must be able to list, push, pull at least 50 pounds
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
