Global Sales Representative

Position Overview

Sungwoo Hitech America is seeking an experienced Global Sales Representative to drive growth and manage customer relationships in North America and international regions. This position acts as the key liaison between OEM clients and Sungwoo Hitech’s global and HQ teams in Korea. Key Responsibilities

· Serve as the main contact for OEM customers in North America and globally

· Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings

· Support existing businesses by resolving customer concerns and ensuring client satisfaction

· Lead and manage RFQ processes including analyzing Statement of Requirements (SOR)

· Coordinate with cross-functional team during sourcing activities including technical review

· Develop and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships

· Monitor program execution and adherence to customer requirements

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities with current customers

· Travel domestically and internationally as needed

Requirement

· Authorized to work in the U.S.

· Professional working proficiency both of Korean (reading, writing, speaking) and English.

· 7 years of experience in the automotive industry (10 preferred).

· Experience with major OEM ‘s sourcing and development process is a plus.

· Valid passport and driver’s license with ability to travel unrestricted.
