The Supply Chain Operations Analyst is responsible for end-to-end logistics, inventory, and
order operations, including inbound and outbound shipment coordination, inventory
control, backorder management, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams,
customers, vendors, and logistics partners.

Role Overview
The Supply Chain Operations Analyst is responsible for end-to-end logistics, inventory, and
order operations, including inbound and outbound shipment coordination, inventory
control, backorder management, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams,
customers, vendors, and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound & Inbound Logistics Management
- Coordinate outbound shipments, provide shipment notifications, track deliveries, and
- Investigate and resolve transit issues including delays, damage, and missing items.
- Monitor inbound air and ocean shipments, coordinate customs clearance, and arrange
- Coordinate cross-border shipments and required documentation.
- Manage backorders, track ETAs, and coordinate fulfillment once materials are available.
- Perform inventory reviews, identify variances, and provide corrective action plans.
- Coordinate commissioning and rework project spare parts deliveries aligned with project
- Arrange special loading equipment and container returns as required.
- Maintain accurate records in Airtable and related systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational and inventory reports.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to orders, inventory, and deliveries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with 3PLs, freight carriers, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with international shipping and trade compliance
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SAP, Cargowise, Airtable software
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
