Role Description
This is a salary role in Austin, TX, for an Area Manager. The “AM” will oversee daily operations, lead and manage a team, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include planning and executing landscape maintenance schedules, monitoring team performance, maintaining quality standards, and building strong relationships with clients. The role also involves addressing client needs, budgeting, and ensuring safety compliance across all projects.
Qualifications
- Team leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and supervise a team.
- Experience in commercial landscaping, including hands-on knowledge of landscape maintenance and operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to efficiently plan and execute schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both team coordination and client interactions.
- Ability to manage budgets and ensure cost-effective operations while meeting high-quality standards.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in landscaping operations.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred but not required
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Aspire, proposal writing, and AI technologies.
