This is a part-time, on-site role at our Tulsa, OK location for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, assisting customers with product selection, and promoting Sunglass Hut’s exclusive range of sunglasses. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining store cleanliness and presentation, processing transactions, managing inventory, and meeting sales goals by demonstrating expertise and enthusiasm for the products. This role also involves building client relationships and ensuring each individual leaves with a memorable shopping experience.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Sales skills with the ability to create engaging customer experiences and meet or exceed sales targets
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a team-oriented retail environment
• Basic understanding of retail operations including handling transactions and inventory management
• Ability to remain self-motivated and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Passion for fashion, sunglasses, and customer interaction is highly desirable
