Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that suit their needs
- Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and retail math skills
- Provide information about store promotions, financial products, or services such as loans or banking options
- Manage cash registers, perform cash management duties, and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Drive for sales, the more you sell the more you make.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of retail sales techniques, financial software, and basic math to support daily operations
- Maintain a consistent mindset in order to be able to combat rejections, the worst thing they can say is no.
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail sales, banking, or financial services is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cash management duties efficiently
- Familiarity with financial software applications is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to assisting customers
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with retail environments
- Ability to be outgoing and upsell multiple pairs of sunglasses
