Job Summary
SUNGJIN TRANSFORMER, INC. is seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative Manager to support our growing operations in Oklahoma City.
The Administrative Manager will oversee daily administrative activities, office operations, purchasing coordination, HR administration, document control, and communication between our U.S. office and our headquarters in South Korea.
This position plays an important role in supporting our management team and ensuring efficient business operations in a professional manufacturing environment.
Duties
- Manage daily office administration and general office operations.
- Coordinate purchasing documentation and vendor communications.
- Maintain company records, contracts, and administrative documents.
- Support employee onboarding and maintain personnel records.
- Assist with payroll preparation and accounting documentation.
- Prepare reports, business correspondence, and presentations.
- Coordinate domestic and international business travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Communicate with Sungjin General Electric Co., Ltd. headquarters in South Korea.
- Support management with administrative projects and operational improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
ExperienceRequired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of administrative or office management experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing company.
- Experience using ERP systems.
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Experience supporting HR administration.
- Experience working with an international company.
- Korean language skills are a plus but not required.
