Position Overview:
We are seeking dependable and passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team!
Positions are available for both home-based services (South Fulton area) and center-based sessions (Lithonia, GA).
As an RBT at Sunflower Spectrum Academy, you’ll work 1:1 with children implementing ABA therapy programs designed by a BCBA. You’ll help your clients increase communication, social, and adaptive skills while making a meaningful difference every day.
Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record data accurately during each session
- Reinforce positive behaviors and teach replacement skills
- Support learners during routines, play, and structured activities
- Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and team members
- Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development
Qualifications:
- RBT certification (or willingness to complete within 30 days of hire)
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Reliable, professional, and patient demeanor
- Must have dependable transportation (required for home-based roles)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, daytime hours 8:30am - 4:30pm
