Responsibilities

- Cook food items efficiently while maintaining safety standards in production and food handling.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, and food processors safely and effectively.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen areas to ensure food safety and sanitation compliance.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service.
- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring quality control throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Previous food service or restaurant experience with a focus on food preparation and cooking.
- Knowledge of safety standards in production, food handling, and sanitation practices.
- Experience working in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with kitchen staff and servers.
