Key Responsibilities
- Greet and screen all guests, visitors, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Monitor building access and verify credentials to ensure only authorized personnel enter.
- Maintain a visitor log and issue temporary badges as needed.
- Conduct routine foot patrols of the building perimeter and lobby area.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and report unusual activity.
- Respond to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies according to protocol.
- Enforce property rules and regulations while maintaining a calm and respectful presence.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and emergency responders when required.
- Document incidents, irregularities, and maintenance issues in security logs.
- Support front desk operations including answering phones, providing directions, and general inquiries.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in security, front desk, or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., visitor management software, email).
- Ability to stand and remain alert for extended periods.
- Must pass background check and drug screening.
- CPR/First Aid certification.
- Prior experience in high-rise buildings, residential communities, or corporate facilities.
