Job Title: Fleet Manager
SunEnergy1 is seeking a Fleet Manager to manage the CEO's personal inventory of cars. This individual will be a primary point of contact for all of his vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Keep a running list of all of the CEO's cars – to include make, model, year, location, registration, maintenance records, etc.
- Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be titled
- Prepare tax and title documents
- Submit any legal transfer work to the DMV
- Maintain a system to verify out-of-state titles
- Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work. Report to CEO on the status of any missing or problem titles
- Track vehicle purchases and sales
- Facilitate the purchases and sales of all cars; to include interfacing with either the dealership or private owner as a primary point of contact through the process
- Process/register all vehicle warranties and extended service contracts, maintaining a log of all contracts processed and mailed
- Process renewal of all tags
- Research options for any repair or maintenance work and presents bids to the CEO
- Tracks the specifics of all repair and maintenance work and report progress or challenges back to the CEO
- All other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Title Clerk experience required preferably within a DMV
- Prior experience managing an extensive fleet of cars for an Executive or a company preferred
- Working knowledge of car dealerships
- Notary strongly preferred
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision or guidance
- Self-starter who has a strong work ethic and is highly motivated to succeed
- Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a focus on delivering timely results
- Strong sense of urgency
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Proven ability to anticipate and employ foresight
- Agile, resourceful and tenacious
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative team player who believes no task is too big or too small
- Can do and get it done mentality

Salary : $54,400 - $68,900
