What are the responsibilities and job description for the Janitorial Worker position at Sundowner Trailers?
Sundowner is seeking a Janitor, or custodian, to carry out cleaning duties in our production and admin offices and restrooms. Production facility restroom maintenance will be a large part of the workday. The goal is to keep our facilities in a clean and orderly condition.
Job Responsibilities and Skills
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
Able to work on foot for extended periods of time
Ability to climb steps, benches, ladders, etc.
Ability to lift and carry loads such as full trash bags, boxes, etc.
Use of brooms, mops, vacuums and other cleaning tools throughout the day
Reliable mode of transportation
Overtime: Required as scheduled (weekends included)
Bi-Weekly Pay
$250 Hiring Bonus after 100 Working Days
Note: Pre-employment drug screening required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
