Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding and purchasing marine products
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Receive and stock merchandise on shelves
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
- Process customer returns and exchanges
Requirements:
- Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register
- Knowledge of marine products and boat parts is a huge plus
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly store environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Basic computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
