ARKA Fiber is hiring driven, people-first individuals to help homeowners upgrade to faster, more affordable fiber internet. This isn't retail. It isn't cold calling. And it isn't a desk job.

You'll be out in the field, meeting homeowners face-to-face, walking them through a short, proven presentation, and getting paid for every result you deliver. No experience? No problem — more than half of our reps start with zero fiber sales background, and we'll train you from day one.
