- Manage the Quantum Fiber sales team to ensure consistent delivery of top-tier customer service and sales excellence
- Develop and implement sales playbooks focused on Quantum Fiber’s unique value proposition and customer needs
- Coach the team on consultative sales approaches to build trust and drive Quantum Fiber enrollments
- Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to refine Quantum Fiber strategies
- Collaborate with Entry Level Business Management Associates to align Quantum Fiber sales goals with our companies business objectives
- Foster a high-performance culture within the team to exceed Quantum Fiber enrollment and sales targets
