About You
We are seeking an experienced Director of Owner Services leader who can provide dynamic support to condo owners and resort staff. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum five years of experience in hospitality operations and property management, as well as a CAM License. A four-year college degree in hospitality is preferred but not required. Key qualifications include excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior knowledge of Opera is also beneficial.
Job Summary
The Director of Owner Services is responsible for the overall management and functionality of assigned properties and areas. This includes communicating with all owners via face-to-face meetings, phone calls, emails, and periodic resort updates. The incumbent will update current property owners on resort happenings, new programs, and initiatives. They will also recruit additional property owners into the rental program, assist owners in preparing their units for entry, and maintain existing in-program unit owners by converting pre-existing agreements to updated versions.

- Generating profit according to monthly forecast and budget by managing revenues and expenses.
- Maintaining accurate financial records using purchase orders, charging owners, coding, and filing invoices appropriately.
- Providing leadership to the Owner Services team and attending regular scheduled meetings.
- Managing departmental budgets and interacting with Condominium Associations to ensure seamless renovations, building updates, and other necessary relays of information.
- Ensuring that service levels are maintained at the highest level by using all internal and external resources necessary to provide exceptional guest service.
