Position Summary
Scenic Stays is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-focused Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at SunDestin Beach Resort.
As the face of the resort, you will play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, solving problems, and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to owners, guests, and visitors
- Facilitate seamless guest check-in and check-out experiences
- Assist with front desk operations and daily administrative tasks
- Respond to guest questions, concerns, and service requests
- Coordinate maintenance and housekeeping requests as needed
- Resolve guest issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and guest information
- Support resort operations and assist with additional duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, hotel, resort, vacation rental, or customer service experience
- Knowledge of the Destin area and local attractions
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Compensation
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience and performance.
Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Floating position across multiple shifts – days and evenings, possible overnight shifts occasionally
- Weekends and holidays required as business needs dictate
