Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Solar Consultant role located in San Antonio, TX. The Solar Consultant will work directly with customers to educate them about solar energy options, determine their energy needs, and offer customized solar power solutions. Responsibilities include generating and managing leads, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the process. The Solar Consultant will also guide customers through the steps toward transitioning to solar power while ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the Solar Industry and Solar Power fundamentals or strong willingness to learn
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition strategies
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing outstanding Customer Service
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the solar or renewable energy sector is highly desirable BUT NO REQUIRED!
