This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships and delivering personalized treatments in a relaxing resort environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide consistent and professional facials, body treatments, and hand & foot treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices.
- Utilize proper body mechanics to provide services that benefit guests while promoting your own health and wellness.
- Consult with clients to determine their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Ensure treatments are completed on schedule so guests arrive on time for their next appointment or activity.
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized treatment room and workspace.
- Work independently, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to a collaborative, high-quality work environment.
- Learn product offerings to make knowledgeable recommendations to clients.
- Assist with guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Current Maine Esthetician license required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Weekend availability is required.
- Hourly wages range from $15.10 to $19, plus gratuities and commissions, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
