Job Title: Stager: Level I

Position Reporting:

This position is part of Sunday Cool - Operations reporting to the Inventory Warehouse Manager.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 3:30pm [40 hours/week].

Overtime may be required based on workload and production demands. This position will be likely to have overtime or weekend work during the peak of busy season, running May-July.

Compensation:

Hourly position: $12/hour

Areas of Responsibility include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities would include reading and understanding a Salesforce invoice, building individual jobs from invoices, and providing quality control.

• Inspect all items (inventory and “front door”) for quality/manufacture defects and quantity accuracy
• Communicate daily with other departments on inventory levels
• Help with monthly inventory counts
• Communicate with Inventory Team on daily shipments for “front door” items
• Keep an organized/clean workspace
• Stage apparel based off the invoices for each order accurately
• Coordinate with tagging department to make sure all goods are accounted for
• Ability to multitask
• Problem solve and work independently
• General maintenance and cleaning

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the employee to stand for extended periods of time in a non-climate-controlled work area. The employee must be able to maneuver around printing equipment, narrow aisles, and lift up to 50 pounds. The employee must be comfortable with using a ladder to move boxes down from the inventory warehouse shelves.

Probationary Period & Termination

During the first 90 days we will be training you specifically for the above position. Before the conclusion of your probationary period, we will meet with you to review and determine if this is a long term fit for both parties. Sunday Cool, LLC reserves the right to terminate employment of any employee at any time without notice and without payment in lieu of notice, subject to the laws of the State of Florida.
