Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife

SUNDARA Medical is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife to help build and grow our women's health service line.

We're not looking for someone who wants to clock in, coast, and disappear into the beige abyss of corporate medicine. We're looking for someone who wants to help create something meaningful the kind of practice patients rave about, tell their friends about, and refuse to leave.

This is an opportunity for a provider who values autonomy, flexibility, and startup energy, but also loves being part of a team that is collaborative, mission-driven, and genuinely excited about what we're building. We want someone with a strong women's health background, an established reputation in the community, and a desire to help shape a practice from the ground up.

• Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife, licensed in Utah
• Board certified and in good standing
• Prior women's health clinical experience required
• Established patient panel, referral network, or strong community presence preferred
• Already credentialed with payers to support efficient onboarding
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and excited to grow across multiple areas of practice
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-growing clinic setting where things move quickly and ideas are welcome
• Interested in helping develop and expand a women's health program within an integrated care model

Compensation is performance-based with uncapped earning potential, with flexible structure (base production or percentage of collections) tailored to the right candidate..
