Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a District General Manager in San Diego, CA.
We are seeking a highly motivated District General Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, including P&L management, reporting capabilities, and a proven track record of developing managers and driving operational excellence. This role will report directly to Leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Oversee daily operations across assigned locations, ensuring alignment with company standards and strategic goals.
• Manage and analyze P&L statements to drive profitability and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement effective business strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and develop site managers to ensure a high-performing team across all locations.
• Establish performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on operational performance to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in multi-unit management, preferably in food and beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of financial management, including P&L responsibility.
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
