Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, with a focus on quality and presentation.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests, engaging with them to understand their preferences and make drink recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar equipment, glassware, and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with beverage and health regulations, including responsible alcohol service and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with barbacks, servers, and kitchen staff to fulfill guest orders promptly and accurately.
- Enter orders into the point of sale system, process payments, and manage cash transactions.
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant environment.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and beverage trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, multitask, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in a physically demanding environment.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- Must possess or obtain a valid alcohol service permit within 30 days of employment.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
