Responsibilities
- Oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate with project managers.
- Review and analyze project documents, plans, schedules, and specifications.
- Maintain compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
- 10-20 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Experience in Retail Ground-Up Construction and Remodels.
- Strong knowledge of Tilt-Wall, Structural Steel, and Concrete Construction.
- Able to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
