What are the responsibilities and job description for the Memory Care - Caregiver position at Sundale Senior Living?

As a caregiver, you’ll be relied upon to assist seniors with life at Sundale.

- Must be available to work weekends and holidays

What you’ll be responsible for:
- Provide exceptional personal care & hygiene assistance to a group of residents.
- Engage with each resident by providing companionship and emotional Support
- Assists residents with medication as defined in medication procedures.
- Encouraging socialization and participation in community activities.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly environment for the residents.
- Maintain confidentiality of health information of residents (HIPAA)
- Documentation by electronic or paper as needed and required by regulations.
- Maintains residents' records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedures.
