Sundale, a 100 bed rehabilitation and nursing facility located in Morgantown,
WV, is looking for dynamic and caring LPN/RN Unit Managers to join our team!
We have LPN/RN Unit Manager positions available on the following shifts:
- Full-time Afternoon Shift
- Full-time Night
Our LPN/RN Unit Manager Responsibilities include:
- Recognize importance of role in each resident's quality of life.
- Provide direct resident care in a safe and friendly manner as well as in accordance with state and federal regulations and Sundale's policies and procedures.
- Responsive to resident needs.
- Provide leadership, supervision, direction, and guidance to our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) assigned to your unit.
- Work with other departments and disciplines to ensure that we are carrying out the resident's individual plan of care to promote resident health and wellbeing.
- Communicate resident needs to RN Supervisors and/or Department Heads.
- Ensure documentation of all resident care and services provided is complete prior to end of shift.
- Participate in resident care conferences.
LPN/RN Unit Manager Qualifications:
Qualified LPN/RN candidates must possess (or eligible to possess) a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of WV. Experience in a skilled nursing facility, LTC facility, and/or in palliative care a plus! We also welcome and encourage new LPN/RNs to apply!
