What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Grounds Crew Leader position at Suncrest Landscape Services?
Here is what you would do:
You would be a leader and member of a small crew of (4 to 6) landscape professionals visiting commercial properties and maintaining the landscape. You will report each morning to the General Manager at our shop location. From there you will lead a group working on various commercial business locations and HOAs providing a full range of landscaping services. This is a working as well as a supervisory position. You will work alongside your teams to trim (weed eat), edge, mow, trim hedges, prune ornamentals, pick up yard waste, use a backpack blower and do any and all work required.
You would be responsible for:
Leading a team and mowing, trimming (weed eating), hedge trimming, edging, and blowing, picking up trash and debris. Assisting in the maintenance and care of equipment and vehicles. Assisting in management of supplies. Maintaining a polite, friendly, professional demeanor with customers and teammates. Exceptional dependability, reliability, and professionalism.
