Hospice PRN STNA – Continuous Care (12-Hour Shifts, Days or Nights)
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable PRN STNA to support our hospice patients through as-needed Continuous Care needs. This position plays a vital role in providing comfort, safety, and hands-on support to patients and their families during critical moments.
Qualifications
• Strong commitment to improving quality of life while partnering with our community organizations in patient care
• Ability to work well within a team environment to collaborate daily with nurses, social workers, chaplains, volunteers, and STNA leadership
• Eager to gain a higher level of opportunities such as certifications and further education
• Work closely with patients on a 1-1 level but get strong support from a patient care team
• Able to work independently and on your own on a day-to-day basis
• Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• State Tested Nursing Assistant certification in the state(s) of practice
• CPR certified
