- Pay range $55.00-$65.00 per hour
- 2 Patient Visit per day
- Mileage and Cell Phone Reimbursement

- The candidate is required to work 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week (Thursday to Sunday 11AM - 8PM)
- Candidate must be willing to travel across the Bay Area (Up to 150 miles per shift)
- The candidate must be willing to travel throughout the Bay Area. This position involves regular driving over long distances, so comfort with travel is essential
- Minimum 1 year of hospice experience, SNF, or hospital experience
- Ability to establish both hospice eligibility and diagnosis when patient is appropriate
- Willingness to travel to meet our patients where they live (private homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals, etc.)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Registered Nursing Licensure in the state of California
