Solar Site Surveyor

Suncovia Solar is seeking a reliable Site Surveyor with their own vehicle to conduct site surveys in northern Maine. This is a 1099 contractor position, offering an excellent opportunity to work independently while contributing to the growing solar industry.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $150 per completed site survey
• Company gas card provided (no mileage reimbursement)

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (Required)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Responsibilities:

• Drive to customer homes to perform site surveys
• Take photos of electrical equipment, attics, rooftops, and general property areas
• Drop off/pick up permits at city and county buildings
• Upload photos and notes into the company database
• Perform basic PV service work at customer homes
• Collaborate with a remote team of engineers and drafters
