Key Responsibilities
- I-9 compliance and audit
- Assist in reviewing and auditing employee I-9 documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal regulations.
- Support the implementation of corrective actions related to I-9 discrepancies.
- Organize digital and paper records in a secure, accessible format.
- Participate in process improvements for I-9 tracking and reporting
- Other duties as assigned
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Part-Time Flexible hours (approximately 20-25 hours per week).
- Temporary Duration of internship to be determined (projected to end spring 2026).
